We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Elton Cheung Man Chor, who has joined us today as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of VMS Group.

Elton joins us as Chief Legal Officer to oversee the Legal, Risk and Compliance functions for the Group, across the investment platform and the securities business.

He is also our Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he will be providing strategic advice on the development of the Group’s businesses and spearheading its execution, with a focus on client relationship management and fund strategy.

Elton brings over 20 years of experience in investment, banking and finance. Prior to joining VMS, he held senior positions with various institutions, including as Managing Partner/CEO of an investment management group, responsible for its overall management, and before that, as China COO and as Head of Greater China Legal over a 10-plus year tenure with Morgan Stanley.

We are looking forward to Elton becoming an integral part of our team to work out the best synergies within VMS and to further strengthening our back office functions as well as client relationships.
