We are pleased to announce that our invested company – CareRay Digital Medical System (688607.CH) has successfully completed its IPO on the STAR Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 1st February 2021.

The IPO price of the Company was set at RMB 23.21 per share and has made a remarkable closing price at RMB 85.00 per share with a 226% increment.

Established in 2007, CareRay is dedicated to the innovation and production of the newest generation of flat panel detectors for medical, veterinary, security andindustrial digital X-ray imaging systems.

VMS invested in CareRay in 2017.
